Thai Salad

Ingredients for salad

Two 3 oz. packages of Ramen noodles
1/2 cup of margarine
2 tbsp. of sugar
1/2 cup of sesame seeds
One 3 oz. package of sliced almonds
2 lbs. of Bok Choy
4 bunches of green onions

ingredients for dressing

3/4 cup of vegetable oil
1/4 cup of red wine vinegar
1/2 cup of sugar
2 tbsp. of soy sauce

Directions

  1. Combine dressing ingredients and shake, and put aside until ready to serve salad

  2. Melt margarine, and add sesame seeds, sugar, broken Ramen noodles, and almonds

  3. Brown on medium heat and then cool at room temperature

  4. Wash Bok Choy and onions, then chop both

  5. Add noodle mixture, then dressing
