Potato Casserole

We have this at Christmas. It’s great for a crowd and also quite “slimming.”
Ingredients
1 two-lb. large frozen bag of hash brown potatoes, defrosted before using
1 stick of grated cheddar for topping
2 cans of potato soup
1 pt. of sour cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place potatoes in a greased casserole dish
Combine the rest of ingredients then pour over potatoes
Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes, covered
