Potato Casserole

We have this at Christmas. It’s great for a crowd and also quite “slimming.”

 

Ingredients

1 two-lb. large frozen bag of hash brown potatoes, defrosted before using
1 stick of grated cheddar for topping
2 cans of potato soup
1 pt. of sour cream

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Place potatoes in a greased casserole dish

  3. Combine the rest of ingredients then pour over potatoes

  4. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes, covered
