Party Chicken

Famous recipe of “Grammy Brown”… great for guests and to make ahead.

Ingredients

Chicken breasts (as many as you want to serve)
Enough bacon to wrap around the chicken
Dried beef, enough to line a 9x13 dish
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pt. of sour cream

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees

2. Pre-cook the bacon slightly, just enough to get some great out, but soft enough so it “wraps”

3. Cover bottom and up the sides of a greased baking dish with beef

4. Wrap chicken in bacon and lay in the dish

5. Cover with soup and sour cream mixture

6. Bake at 300 degrees for a “long time”
