Chicken Spectacular

From my mother-in-law, Mim Brown… good hot and cold the next day.

 

Ingredients

3 cups of cooked chicken breasts
1-2 packages of wild rice
1 can of Campbell’s Cream of Celery Soup
1 cups of French-style green beans
3/4 cup of mayonnaise
1 can of sliced water chestnuts

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Mix ingredients together and pour into a casserole dish

  3. Add salt and pepper to taste

  4. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
