Chicken and White Rice

Ingredients

Family pack of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 envelope of Lipton Onion Soup
1 pt. of sour cream
White rice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees

  2. Mix together cream of mushroom soup, onion soup, and sour cream

  3. Pour mixture over chicken

  4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour

  5. Meanwhile, cook the rice

  6. Service chicken over the rice and spoon on sour cream mixture from the pan

  7. Sprinkle with parsley or paprika, if desired
