Oriental Salad

Ingredients

1 package of coleslaw
Scallions or green onion, as desired
1 1/2 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup of sliced almonds
2 tbsp. of sesame seeds
1 package of chicken flavored Ramen noodles
1/3 cup of olive oil
6 tbsp. of rice vinegar

Directions

  1. Sauté butter, almonds, sesame seeds, and Ramen noodles broken up

  2. In a glass jar or container, mix the olive oil, rice vinegar, and spice packet from the Ramen noodles

  3. Add sautéd almonds, sesame seeds, Ramen noodles, and dressing to the coleslaw mixture

  4. Optional: Add manderins or shrimp
