Joanne's Quiche

Ingredients

Flako Pie Crust
4 whole eggs, beaten
2 cups of milk
2 cups of Swiss cheese, grated
Cooked bacon
1 tbsp. of flour

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees

  2. Put foil and dry beans (for weight) on top of the pie crust and bake for 9 minutes

  3. Remove beans and foil and continue to bake until brown, about 3-4 minutes

  4. Put bacon in the pie shell and add cheese

  5. Mix flour in with custard, then add to shell

  6. Bake about 45 minutes at 350 degrees

  7. Let stand 2-3 minutes before serving
