Joanne's Quiche

Ingredients
Flako Pie Crust
4 whole eggs, beaten
2 cups of milk
2 cups of Swiss cheese, grated
Cooked bacon
1 tbsp. of flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Put foil and dry beans (for weight) on top of the pie crust and bake for 9 minutes
Remove beans and foil and continue to bake until brown, about 3-4 minutes
Put bacon in the pie shell and add cheese
Mix flour in with custard, then add to shell
Bake about 45 minutes at 350 degrees
Let stand 2-3 minutes before serving
