Bourbon Slush

Ingredients:

7 cups of water
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of bourbon
1 can of frozen lemonade
1 can of “5 Alive” (frozen citrus juice)
2 cups of strong tea (4 teabags steeped)

Directions

  1. Dissolve water and sugar in a large saucepan

  2. Add bourbon and stir

  3. Add lemonade and stir

  4. Add “5 Alive” citrus juice and stir

  5. Add strong tea and stir

  6. Store in plastic containers and freeze until ready to serve

  7. When ready to serve, chop off frozen chunks and pour the chunks into a punch bowl

  8. Pour ginger ale onto the frozen chunks until it becomes a slushy consistency
