Champagne Punch Bowl

Ingredients:

1 pint of strawberries
2 juice oranges
1/4 cup of Triple Sec
1/2 cup of peach-flavored brandy (or fruit-flavored liqueur, brandy, or creme de cassis)
2 bottles of champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
1 liter of seltzer, chilled
block of ice

Directions

  1. Wash and hull strawberries and cut them in half

  2. Put berries in large punch bowl

  3. Slice oranges and add them to bowl

  4. Sprinkle Triple Sec and brandy over the fruit and let fruit macerate in liquor 10-15 minutes

  5. Add champagne and seltzer and stir gently

  6. Add a large blog of ice to the bowl and ladle into punch cups
