Zucchini Casserole

Ingredients

4-6 cups of diced zucchini
1 cup of shredded carrots
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 cup of sour cream
1/4 cup of onion flakes
1 small box of Stove Top Stuffing for chicken
1 stick of melted butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Put zucchini in pot of water and bring to a boil, then drain

  3. Combine carrots, soup, sour cream, and onion flakes

  4. Fold into zucchini

  5. Mix stuffing with melted butter

  6. Alternate layers of zucchini mixture and stuffing

  7. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until bubbling
