Aunt Tu's Brownies

Ingredients

1 stick of butter
4 squares of Baker’s baking chocolate
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. of salt
2 cups of sugar
1 tsp. of vanilla
1 cup of flour
Nuts (if desired)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees

  2. Line 9x13 pan with wax paper

  3. Melt in a double boiler the stick of butter and baking chocolate

  4. Beat very well the eggs, salt, and sugar

  5. Add chocolate mixture, vanilla, and flour (gradually)

  6. Add nuts to taste if desired

  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes
