Uncle Tommy's Meatloaf

Uncle Tommy was usually the chef meatloaf night, but he taught his little sister, Dorothy, well.
Ingredients
3 lbs. of ground beef, 80% lean
1 lbs. of loose pork sausage
10-12 saltine crackers, crushed
2 eggs beaten with 1/2 tbsp. of milk
2-3 tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce
2 medium size onions chopped small
Salt and pepper to taste
Makes two loaves
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix meat, onion, crackers together in a large bowl
Make a space in the middle of the mixture and pour in Worcestershire sauce, eggs, and milk, and mix together
Mold two loaves
Place on broiler pan in heated oven for 45-60 minutes
Cut in middle to make sure its cooked through
