Pork Chops and Cabbage

Ingredients

Head of cabbage
Pork chops
Chicken broth
Celery seed
Butter
Olive oil
Lemon pepper

Directions

  1. Awkwardly chop up the cabbage, it doesn’t need to be perfect

  2. Heat chicken broth on stove, enough to cover the cabbage

  3. Add cabbage and a lot of celery seed

  4. Simmer for 20-40 minutes

  5. In a large frying pan or saucepan heat butter and olive oil

  6. Sprinkle in lemon pepper

  7. Sprinkle chops with lemon pepper, both sides

  8. Fry up chops

  9. Serve with cabbage, new potatoes, and carrots

  10. Spoon the broth onto the chops and cabbage
