Grandma Kjeldgaard's Pie Crust

Ingredients

2 cups of flour
1 cup of Crisco
1/2 tsp. of salt
1/4 cup of water
2 tbsp. of vinegar

Directions

  1. Take 1/3 cup of flour, 1/4 cup of water, and 2 tbsp. of vinegar and mix into a paste

  2. Blend one 1 2/3 cups of flour, 1 cup of Crisco, and 1/2 tsp. of salt

  3. Add paste mixture to blend and blend again

  4. Either roll out dough or just push into place in a pie dish by hand

Creates about 3 crusts
