Pick-A-Licking Cake

Pretty and refreshing for spring and summer.
Ingredients
1 Duncan Hines Butter Cake mix
1/2 cup of Crisco oil
4 eggs
One 16 oz. can of Mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 package of flaked coconut
1 tsp. of vanilla extract
icing
1 large cool whip
1 large can of crushed pineapple, drained
1 large vanilla instant pudding, dry
1 package of walnut pieces
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all cake ingredients together and pour into a greased and floured 8 or 9 inch round cake pan
Bake for 20 minutes and cool completely
For icing, blend together all ingredients and frost cooled cake
