Normandy Farms-Style Popovers

Ingredients

8 whole eggs
2 cups of milk
Vegetable oil for pans
1 tsp. of salt
1 tsp. of sugar
2 cups of all purpose flour

Makes 6-8 popovers

Directions

  1. Mix the eggs together

  2. Add milk, salt, sugar, and flour to eggs and hand mix for 1 minute (do not overmix)

  3. Preheat oven popover pan with oil for 10 minutes

  4. Fill each cup 3/4 full

  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes

  6. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake an additional 35 minutes
