Normandy Farms-Style Popovers

Ingredients
8 whole eggs
2 cups of milk
Vegetable oil for pans
1 tsp. of salt
1 tsp. of sugar
2 cups of all purpose flour
Makes 6-8 popovers
Directions
Mix the eggs together
Add milk, salt, sugar, and flour to eggs and hand mix for 1 minute (do not overmix)
Preheat oven popover pan with oil for 10 minutes
Fill each cup 3/4 full
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes
Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake an additional 35 minutes
