Lime Jello and Ice Cream Dessert

From Dr. John F. Brennan, Jr. My mom recalls this was first served to her by dad when she came home with Margaret Mary, their first born.

 

Ingredients

1/2 lime Jello
1/2 ice cream

Directions

  1. Add ingredients together

  2. When Jello is firm, beat in ice cream (a soft-firm)

Tip: Dr. John notes that his preference is for one to use a knife to “cut” the ice cream Jello with a knife rather than beat.
