Hamburger and Sour Cream over Egg Noodles

Ingredients

Ground chuck
Worcestershire sauce
Lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Thyme
Egg noodles
Sour Cream

Directions

  1. Brown ground chuck in saucepan

  2. Mix in some Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and lots of thyme

  3. Lower heat and stir in lots of sour cream

  4. Serve over cooked egg noodles
