Easy Eggnog Créme Brulee

Ingredients
1 qt. prepared refrigerated eggnog
4 eggs
1/4 cup of brown sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Combine eggnog with the eggs
Pour into 8 small ramekins and arrange in a baking dish with water around them
Place in the oven and bake for 35 minutes or until a knife comes out clean
Remove from oven and from baking dish
Cover ramekins with plastic wrap and refrigerate until well-chilled, about 2 hours
Heat broiler to highest heat
Arrange chilled ramekins on a baking sheet and sprinkle with an even, thin layer of brown sugar (or melt with kitchen blowtorch)
Broil 5 inches from heat about 2-3 minutes or until sugar melts
Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving
