Cheese Flan

Ingredients
8 oz. of cream cheese
12 oz. can of evaporated milk
1 can of condensed milk
1 tsp. of vanilla
4 eggs
1/2 to 3/4 cup of sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients, except for the sugar, in a blender
Melt the sugar in an 8 inch pan on the stove
Pour mixture onto the pan with the melted sugar
Place in a larger pan with water (water bath)
Bake for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean
Tip: Great served with fresh berries.
