Cheese Flan

Ingredients

8 oz. of cream cheese
12 oz. can of evaporated milk
1 can of condensed milk
1 tsp. of vanilla
4 eggs
1/2 to 3/4 cup of sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Mix all ingredients, except for the sugar, in a blender

  3. Melt the sugar in an 8 inch pan on the stove

  4. Pour mixture onto the pan with the melted sugar

  5. Place in a larger pan with water (water bath)

  6. Bake for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean

Tip: Great served with fresh berries.
