Fagan Bread Pudding

Grace Fuller Fagan’s bread pudding, made by her daughter, Dorothy Fagan Brennan.

 

Ingredients

Dry bread
Eggs
Milk
Sugar
Vanilla
Raisins
2 tbsp. of butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Break up dry bread

  3. Mix rest of ingredients together and add in bread, making sure it’s well moist

  4. Put in a baking dish and cook until you can pull a clean knife out
