Aunt Tu's Blueberry Crisp

Ingredients

4 cups of blueberries
1/3 cup of sugar
2 tsp. of lemon juice
4 tbsp. of butter, creamed
1/3 cup of brown sugar
1/3 cup of flour
3/4 cup of oatmeal

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  2. Lay blueberries in a 9x13 casserole dish

  3. Sprinkle sugar and lemon juice in

  4. Separately cream butter, brown sugar, flour, and oatmeal

  5. Crumble on top of the berries

  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes

Tip: Delicious served with vanilla ice cream!
