Shrimp Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 lb. of fresh or frozen tri-colored tortellini
2 cups of light Hellman’s mayo
4 tsp. of French’s mustard
1/4 tsp. of tabasco
1/2 tsp. of Worcestershire
1/2 cup of fresh basil, finely chopped
1/2 cup of fresh dill, finely chopped
1/2 cup of scallions, finally chopped
2 to 4 tbsp. of tarragon vinegar
1/4 cup of capers, drained
2 cups of frozen peas
2 lbs. of large shrimp
Directions
Cook shrimp and tortellini as directed
Mix all other ingredients together as listed
Finally, add everything together in a large bowl
