Stuffed Flounder

This recipe was served to me by my good friend Kathy in Ocean City, MD

 

Ingredients

1 lb. of flounder fillets
1/2 lb of lump crabmeat
1 tbsp. of finely chopped onion
Dashes of salt, pepper, and Old Bay
Mayo
Shredded mozzarella cheese for topping

Directions

  1. Mix crabmeat with onions, salt, pepper, Old Bay, and mayo

  2. Put mixture on top of flounder fillets

  3. Put another fillet on top

  4. Bake at 325 degrees for half hour then add cheese on top to melt
