Dutch Lemon Cake

Ingredients

1 package of yellow cake mix
1 package of instant lemon Jello brand pudding
3/4 cup of oil
4 eggs

Icing

1 cup of sugar
Juice from 1 lemon
Juice from 1 orange

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Mix ingredients, beating in one egg at a time

  3. Pour into greased angel food cake pan

  4. Bake for 50 minutes

  5. For icing, mix sugar with lemon and orange juice

  6. Pole holes with fork around the cake, then pour the icing over it
