Tomato Corn Salsa

Ingredients:

1 cup of frozen corn kernels
2 cups of diced fresh tomatoes
2 tbsp of diced red onion
1/4 cup of diced green bell pepper
1 tbsp. of chopped fresh basil
1/2 to 1 cup of fresh green chili, minced (or 1/4 tsp. of Tabasco)
1 tbsp. of fresh lime juice
1 tbsp. of rice or cider vinegar

Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients

  2. Set aside 20 minutes to allow flavors to blend

  3. Add salt if desired

  4. Serve at room temperature with chips
