Carol Carroccio's Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

1 cup of mayo
1 cup of parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup of artichoke hearts
4 oz. can of green chilies

Directions

  1. Chop artichokes and green chilies

  2. Put in food processor and blend

  3. Put blended ingredients into an oven-proof serving dish

  4. Add and mix in the mayo and cheese

  5. Warm in oven and serve hot
